I’m Emilia Aleksander, MS, RD, LD. I work from a weight-inclusive, Intuitive Eating, and Health at Every Size-aligned framework, which means our work together is never about pursuing weight loss or a specific body size.
Instead, we focus on restoring physical health, nutrition rehabilitation, and rebuilding body trust, rather than chasing an external number.
