Privacy policy

This policy describes the information collected through this website, emiliaaleksander.com. It does not cover your care with me, which is handled through Nourish.

Please don’t send health information through this site. This website has no forms and is not a secure way to share health details. If you email me, keep it to general questions such as availability or how to book, and leave out diagnoses, symptoms, medications, or other health information. Your intake and care happen inside Nourish.

What this site collects

• Basic visit data. This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which reports general figures such as pages viewed, country, device type, and referring site. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
• Technical logs. The hosting provider, Cloudflare, may keep standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and performance.
• Email. If you email me, I receive your email address and whatever you choose to write, and I use it only to reply. My email is hosted on Google Workspace.

What this site does not do. It does not sell your information, run advertising trackers, or collect payment details.

Nourish. When you select Schedule an Appointment, you leave this website and go to Nourish, a separate company. Nourish’s own privacy policy and terms govern what you share with them, including your health, insurance, and payment information. I recommend reading them before you book.

Adults only. This website and my services are for adults 18 and over. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your choices. You can ask me to delete an email conversation by writing to emilia@emiliaaleksander.com. Because this site stores no accounts or profiles, there is nothing else to access or correct.

Changes. I may update this policy and will change the date above when I do.
